Terms and Conditions

General: The terms and conditions outlined below define the responsibilities of Posh Box Photo Booth Rentals, LLC (referred to as the Company), and our valued customer/client. Rest assured, we are committed to providing exceptional services at your chosen location. It is important to note that the Company holds exclusive rights to all pictures and videos, allowing us to utilize them for commercial and advertising purposes, igniting our brand to greater heights.

Event Agreement Terms and Conditions: As the Client, the individual(s) who have affixed their signature to this contract, you affirm your agreement with Posh Box Photo Booth Rentals, LLC to deliver photo booth services with utmost dedication, ensuring your complete satisfaction. We pride ourselves on unwavering commitment and will strive to exceed your expectations, as outlined in this Agreement.

Retainer and Payment: In order to secure our remarkable services, a non-refundable retainer payment of 15% of the booking price is required upon signing the contract. This ensures your reservation with us. The remaining balance must be settled 7 days prior to your highly anticipated event. As part of our seamless experience, we offer the convenience of credit card payments, where you may authorize Posh Box Photo Booth Rentals, LLC to charge the credit card for the services. Any additional time incurred will be billed in hourly increments at a competitive rate of $100 per hour. Please note that in the event of a returned check, a $50 fee will be charged by Posh Box.

Changes and Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you wish to request changes to the date, time, or location of your event, please submit your written request at least thirty (21) days prior to the original event date. Rest assured, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to photo booth availability. In such cases, a new Service Contract will be issued, ensuring a seamless transition. However, please note that if the requested date, time, or location is not available, the deposit will be forfeited, and unfortunately, no photo booth services will be provided. For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event date, all payments received will be non-refundable.

Parking: We kindly request the Client to arrange for suitable parking for Posh Box’s vehicle during your outstanding event. The parking space must be conveniently located near the venue, and we kindly request you to provide any necessary parking permits or passes well in advance of the event date.

Photo Booth Access, Space, and Power: Your event’s success is our utmost priority. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request you to arrange for a suitable space at the venue for our extraordinary photo booth. The space should be level, solid, and ideally measure at least 10′ by 10′ for any Photo Booth package, or 15′ by 15′ for the exclusive 360 booth package. Please ensure that easy access to the designated space is feasible. While the photo booth can be placed in an exterior location, it must be protected from adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, we kindly request you to provide a power source for the photo booth via a 110V, 10 amp, 3-prong outlet. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

WiFi Access: In order to fully maximize all that our services have to offer, we require your assistance in providing or guaranteeing a venue internet connection of at least 1MB. We aim to provide seamless social media features; however, any insufficiencies in this regard due to a lack of internet speed below the required threshold cannot be attributed to Posh Box.

Online Gallery: Once you receive the downloadable link for the highly coveted high-resolution files, the responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs lies with you, esteemed Client. Kindly note that Chic Rebel cannot be held liable for the longevity of any digital media provided, or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that may hinder your ability to access the files. Ensuring the preservation of these valuable memories becomes your responsibility, and we kindly urge you to make copies and store them on new media as required.

Print Out Design: Our innovative team at Posh Box is excited to design a captivating printout based on the materials you provide, including logos, fonts, monograms, and ideas. We will present you with a draft, and one revision will be included in the service. For any additional revisions, a reasonable fee of $20 per revision will be applicable.

Model Release: At Posh Box, we highly regard your trust and satisfaction. It is important to note that we reserve the right to utilize images produced by the photo booth under this Agreement for promotional purposes. This may include the transfer of such images to third parties, hosting, storing, caching, reproducing, publishing, displaying, performing, distributing, transmitting, modifying, adapting, and creating derivative works. By entering into this Agreement, you, the esteemed Client, assert and warrant that you possess the authority to consent to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the images for these purposes. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify the Company as specified in the indemnification clause provided in this Agreement.
